Arnica

Arnica is a herbal remedy that reduces muscular and joint inflammation and therefore soothes pain and improves mobility. It aids healing by improving the blood flow to the area, and soothes the nerve endings. It is very effective when used in conjunction with heat therapy. Apply to the affected area 3-4 times daily with gentle massage. Do not apply where the skin is broken.

Constituents:
100g contains: Arnica, Planta tota (whole plant) tincture (1=2 in 30% w/w ethanol) 10ml in a base containing Lanolin, Yellow Beeswax, Sunflower Seed Oil, Olive Oil and Wool Alcohols. Also contains Ethanol 15% w/w.
